Daedalic Entertainment Brings Back ‘4 is a Party’: The Steam Event With 100+ Co-Op Games and Discounts Up to 90%

Hamburg, Germany – December 8, 2025 – From December 8–15, the second edition of the “4 is a Party” co-op celebration Steam event unites leading publishers including Devolver Digital, Raw Fury, Team17, Assemble Entertainment, Nacon, and many more. On top of the celebration, sci-fi action games Hidden Deep and Barotrauma roll out significant multiplayer updates packed with improvements and fresh content.

Alongside the sale, a three-day creator streaming showcase with StumptGamers will run on December 8, 9, and 10 (1pm–5pm PST / 21:00–01:00 GMT) during the “Stumptmas” charity event. The showcase will feature selected highlighted broadcasts directly on the Steam event page. VODs of all segments will remain available for the entire duration of the event.

Publisher Daedalic Entertainment also highlights that Hidden Deep, the action-packed 2D Sci-Fi-Thriller, while still being in Alpha, received a content update today, expanding its multiplayer mode to support up to eight players. During the week there will be more updates coming with two new co-op levels and the introduction of two additional enemy types, giving you fresh challenges to tackle together. Barotrauma isn’t sitting still either: its Winter Update 2025 just went live, unleashing the new Wallaby submarine, the fresh pipe-and-valve system, and a wave of crucial fixes. Plus, we even got a first tease of the upcoming Home and Harbor DLC - complete with experimental Descendant tech like the Singularity Reactor, Swarm Torpedo Launcher, and Thales Arc Cannon. A big moment for Europa before the team heads into the holidays.
