SHERMAN Commander Rolls Out a Major Free Update

The Steam Summer Sale also marks the arrival of a substantial free update for SHERMAN Commander, expanding and improving the World War II tank command experience across the board.

At the center of the update is the new Italian Campaign, which introduces a completely new theater of war for players to master. All missions are now unlocked from the start, giving commanders the freedom to choose where they want to deploy without having to progress through the campaign in a fixed order.

The update also introduces a major optimization pass alongside extensive gameplay improvements. Battles now place a stronger emphasis on immediate tank action, with less time spent navigating and managing the tactical map. Numerous additional changes, fixes, and quality-of-life improvements make commanding a Sherman platoon smoother, faster, and more accessible.
