Woodo brings its updated, heartwarming demo to the Cozy Quest Steam Event
New narration, playful interactions, and a special video from composer Don Roberts highlight Woodo’s latest demo update

Hamburg, Germany / Valencia, Spain / November 18, 2025 - Daedalic Entertainment and Tiny Monks Tales, the team behind Woodo, invite you to experience a freshly updated demo as part of the Cozy Quest Steam Event. The super cozy diorama-style puzzle game, built around childhood memories, storytelling, and hand-crafted warmth, now comes with new features that deepen its relaxing, imaginative world.
In this newly updated demo, players discover the story of Foxy, the main character, through gentle English narration that plays while you assemble each diorama. There is no need to stop playing or read text – just let the story unfold as you create. For those who prefer silent play, the narration can be turned off, and the full story can be read afterwards.

The most requested feature – the ability to revisit the game’s story at any time – is now fully implemented through the new in-game diary, called “Storybook”. It allows players to review the entire narrative at their own pace and also includes exclusive artworks and background details on the characters Foxy meets throughout the adventure.
Another key addition to the demo is the interaction with the village’s animals. As you bring color and life into the once-white world, animals respond with charming animations, adding an extra layer of playfulness. Combined with soft ASMR-inspired sound design, Woodo continues to be a place made for calm, mindful moments.
To celebrate Cozy Quest, composer Don Roberts also shares a new behind-the-scenes video about crafting Woodo’s musical identity. Inspired by themes of childhood memories and the timeless joy of storytelling, his score blends gentle melodies and cozy atmosphere to perfectly accompany the game’s soothing puzzles.

Set in the peaceful countryside and brought to life through beautifully crafted wooden dioramas, Woodo invites players to solve cozy, object-based puzzles while following the emotional journey of Foxy, a city girl discovering a different kind of life.
